Hull Fashion Alliance

So guys as you may already know i am part of the Hull Fashion Alliance, a group of four local student designers setting up events to showcase some of Hull's up and coming fashion talent.
We are holding an event at the newly opened boutique Tessie's on newland avenue, Hull.
This event is a quirky must see party for everyone to enjoy. There will be some sweet live music along with style spotting, and some fabulous prizes to be won.
We will also be holding to chance to get styled up by our team and have a photo shoot!
To keep the exciting and originality flowing we will be doing a live window display bringing the runway to you!
On a more serious note we are also raising funds for the terrible earthquake disaster in Haiti. Donations can be made on the night and a percentage of all sales made will be added to the fund.
So i have been busy busy busy making stock as well as having interviews with Hull Fire magazine and the Hull Daily Mail!. It was all quite daunting at first but really good fun and got to make some really good contacts! which leads me onto my next bit of gossip...



The fashion editor of Hull Fire has asked to use some of my garments for a fashion photo shoot! i have asked if i could tag alone for a nosey so it should be a really good day,
I will keep you posted on this, its all looking up! now i am just looking for work experience it is so hard to find I'm emailing and writing to every magazine and newspaper going! Just fingers crossed i hear back from just one person! lol
OH EM GEE final major project starts withing the next few weeks this will be my final collection for my FDA Fashion design and interpretation course I'm so excited about it i feel it should be renames fashion design and determination course...

So enough about the update on me lets get back to London Fashion Week the next catwalk show I'm going to be watching on the live stream is Sass&Bide oooooohh...
